Reservation Process

- Advance deposit required to secure reservation
- Final payment due 30 days before check-in date
- Security deposit may be required for certain properties
Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days: Full refund minus processing fees
- 15-29 days: 50% refund
- 7-14 days: 25% refund
- Under 7 days: No refund unless exceptional circumstances
